No Minimum Commitment Levels

Bespoke Written Communication: We can tailor the finance documentation sent out to your clients to include a custom welcome letter explaining who we are and our relationship with yourself. We also add your logo to the finance documentation, maintaining the continuity of your brand whilst saving your clients confusion.

Custom BACS References: We can customise the Direct Debit references used to reflect your company’s name. We have found this minimises clients cancelling their Direct Debit due to seeing an unfamiliar reference on their bank statement.

Treating Customers Fairly: Direct Debits can default for a great many reasons, and we do not think the customer should be penalised without being given the chance to rectify a situation which may have been out of their control. We employ a simple and fair system to keep your clients happy; We never charge a default fee the first time a client misses an instalment - once they bring their account back up to date, we wipe the slate clean and treat any future missed instalments in the same regard. Any notifications of unpaid Direct Debits, changes to collection date or change of amount will be sent to the client with plenty of time for them to act accordingly.

Fair Costs to All: We charge the same low administration fee to all clients. We do not charge any arrangement fees, cancellation fees or charge for any duplicate paperwork to be sent out.

Monthly Broker Payments: We will transfer funds for client’s premiums monthly, as long as we have collected at least 1 instalment successfully by Direct Debit.

Choose how you submit your client data: We can accept applications for new finance on an individual basis online through our simple secure form, or for larger submissions we are able to accept a bulk upload CSV file for the transmission of multiple client’s data.
